Same thing happened several times to me.

Got a call yesterday and didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. They called again today saying they were calling about the warranty of my wife's car and how many miles were on the car. I said I didn't know and hung up.

Phone calls Three days in a row......blocked it.

They called for me...he was oriental sounding so I said I wasn't in....they asked for my spouse...I said Jane wasn't married....I asked who this was...he gave me his name...I asked what this was about...he said something about vehicle information...when I persisted, he said this was a personal call and hung up...

have had these idiots call me every day this week (2-3 times a day) about an "extended warranty" offer for my car....told them a few months ago i wanted off their list...well fast forward to Monday i start getting these calls (same number and everything) i keep telling them that i want off their list and next time they call i will take legal action towards them....they hang up before i can finish my sentence though.

I've received 6 calls today from this phone number, they haven't left a single message. When I called back,  there's a message saying to opt out from the call list.

They call everyday 4-7 times a day! I told them my car is within warranty and I no longer have the vehicle they are speaking about. I ask them to take me off the list and they say ok and hang up on me. The last time they called I asked to speak with a supervisor and they hang up on me.

Yep! It is possible to make such an observation without being demeaning, racist, prejudice etc...if that's what your response was implying. Sometimes facts are just simply facts.

And how do you expect to take legal action against an entity that you can't even name? Do you honestly believe a call to your local police will get you anywhere? They know your little threats are empty, which is why they operate with impunity. Personally, I suggest keeping a whistle handy and hoping you blow out an ear drum...
