Merchant services trying to confirm credit card processing appointment to lower processing rates.  Appt set by another caller, this phone number is to confirm appt or get you to follow through. Company says they work for your merchant services company and want to move you over to lower rate; but it's not true.  They say they are "over" all merchant processing companies.  But it's just a really creative way to get you to provide your statements and sign you up with a new company.

Called three days straight, would not take NO as an answer.  Wrote BBB regarding this matter.  We sat there and just stated NO over and over, and they refused to accept that answer.  Somehow managed to get to the scheduling department.  When I stated not interested the lady informed me it wasn't a matter of being interested it was matter of necessity.  Talked over me.  Called three more times on 08/19/2015.  Took the number from caller ID since she refused me a supervisor.  I call that office every 10 mins they do not answer my calls, and no supervisor has called me back as of yet.
