I got a voicemail from 702-830-9151. I looked that number up, and found no information about it, other than it was just added yesterday! Message did not say who they were or what they were calling about, but said I have to call back within 24 hours at the number 702-359-4516. Lovely lady voice saying, "Thank you and talk soon." BS. I won't bother.

This is the Student Loan Scam that has been working for the better part of this year.  Everyone is given Case Number 5433 in this pre-recorded message.  Thanks for looking up the number and finding out that it had just been added yesterday.  So far they have used (323) 593-6990, (702) 330-4784, (702) 830- 9682, (702) 830-9674, and now (702) 830-9151.  The two numbers before this one had previously been associated with other scams.  The first with a Police Fund scam and the second with a lottery scam.  They call once a day - every day.  I've blocked this new number, as well.

Got the same call. I quit answering calls from Vegas as they have all been bogus student loan calls. Here is a transcript of the voice mail:
Hello, this is a courtesy call for an update on your student loan status your case number 543 3 and we need to hear back from you withing 24 hours. Please call us back at 1-702-359-4516. Again, that's 702-359-4516. Thank you and talk soon.

Yep  I get a call from them once a day. It says Nevada...but then outsourced to another country like India. I pressed 1 to talk to a representative and a man with an Indian accent answered. I said..I have no student loan.please stop calling me. Even after I have asked this before everyday! The guy then said..we also help with credit card debt...do you have credit card? I said no. Please stop calling me. ma'am this is the 1st time talking to you. I said..I know, but please really take me off your calling list. Obviously scammers. I just got this new number and phone too!

Student loan or credit card debt forgiveness scams from Nevada number but connected to an Indian country. American lady voice recorded on voicemail but when you call back...another Recording of same lady Says...sorry I missed your call.please press 1 to speak to a rep or press 2 to be removed from the list. but it doesn't remove you!

They call from all of the following #s: 702-830-9151, 702-979-3090, 702-830-9674, 702-830-9682. I have blocked every one of them, but still somehow are able to get through. I get the same recording about being a 'courtesy call for an update on my student loans'.

I get a call from this number almost every day. I have blocked the numbers but it is still able to come through.

I get a 2x calls per day (at least) ..with the EXACT same case # as everyone noted above -- have student loan but it is not delinquent or anything.... ..SCAM...

Pre-recorded message calling with "information about my student loan status". Gives me a case number. Wants me to call back at 702-359-4516

So this is the 3 day they ave called from 702-830-9151 and say they need to hear back on case number 5433 and they cal 2 or 3 times a day sometimes this is definitely a scam

I got a call today. No message. Block and delete!!!!

I just got another call from them.  They don't leave a message, but I have blocked them now.

This is a scam conducted by felon con artist trying to fraudulently collect money on fake or dead debts.  When I called them Scammers the ex felon guy hung up on me.

Now he answers the call saying, "Citation Department, How can I Help You?"  What a scam!  These people pay for dead or made up debts that are over 10 years old and are stale/zombie debts
