We have received many calls from this number. No one is ever there. Always call late afternoons and early evening hours. I called back and the person identified the organization as National Police Support List (or something like that.) It appears they are trying to look like a charity or some other social organization. I think they are seeking donations, but I did not waste the time to hear it. I told them to remove our number and they said they would.

Caller sounded like an older lady, said her name was Beatrice and that she was looking for something.  I could not understand the rest of her message because she spoke broken English, except to call back if I was interested.

Never leave a message.  I have a magicJack so these calls always go to a message and the caller's number shows up in my email.  I don't have the ringer on so I never have to hear the multiple calls I get daily.

Robo call message - "Update on your student loan.  Case number 5433.  Must call back within 24 hours."  I've been receiving these calls for the last several months from various numbers.  So far I've blocked four of the numbers they've used.  Past numbers: (702) 330-4784; (323) 593-6990; (702) 359- 4516;  (323) 593-6990; etc.  Reading postings on those other numbers one finds that everyone seems to be "Case Number 5433."  I'll have to block this number, as well.

Called me twice claimed to need payment for student loans. I knew this was bs and called my student loan office directly

When they call me they leave a message saying “this is a courtesy call on the status of your student loan. It is important that you call us back within 24 hours.” I never call them back and they keep calling.

Got the same message. Hey! We have the same case number too. Imagine that. Total scam.

It's a scam. Guys all your questions regarding student loans, speak with the department of ed. No one else can help you do amy changes in your loans.

This number has been calling my cell multiple times a day for several months. "Info about my student loan,  case #5433" then a call back number different than caller

Frequently call about student loans and needing to make contact within 24 hours. Despite the fact that I've been ignoring them for two weeks, the 24 hour time frame never seems to shortened. My loans are paid off. Scam.

"Hello this is a courtesy call for an update on your student loan status. Your case number is 5433 and we need to hear back from you within 24 hours. Please call us back at 702-359-4516. Again that's 702-359-4516. Thank you and talk to you soon"

I keep blocking them and they call from a different number. I have no student loans.

Thank you for posting this I wasn’t sure if I was the only person getting this and I do have student loans so I was concerned that it was about that but I did not want to risk calling them back.

They would call me and tell me they had something to do with my student loan case. And the case number was 5433  and I needed to call back within 24 hours to get the help I needed. Since I have looked at other people‘s posts I can see that this is a scam and these people need to get off my phone

This is a nuisance company that calls all the time about student loans, and case number# 5433 (which is the same case number others have reported). Don't answer, and block the number.

They call me several times a day.  Also, they state the same case # 5434. It's always regarding student loans.

Yeah me too my case number is 5433 too hahahaha. They call me once every single day I blocked the number but I still get the annoying voice mail. Thanks for your comment now I know is a scam.
