    Got same txt msg from 702-747-3340 saying to be considered call 702-997-8296.

    This is a scam.  DO NOT CALL it.  They are doing this to get into your phone and hack everything in it.  Report it to the police and Secret Service.   Happened to me too, but I am in law enforcement and realized the scam, especially as this is not the way the industry works ever.   They used my daughters name and they said Empire is looking for roles..... Really?  not true and I this would have been posted on Actors Access.

    I got exact same text message except it was addressed to Clarence (let me note I'm definitely NOT a Clarence I'm a 40 yr old F) and it said thriller with Tina Fey.
    Question to law enforcement poster....Did you check this out further "officially"??? I would think Tina Fey could sue for slanderous action. If you daughter is underage maybe you could do something legal that way.
