AARGON is a collection agency (702) 853-1725.  If you do not wish to receive calls from them tell them you will deal with the vendor and only the vendor you borrowed the money from and tell them not to contact you again.  By law they can not call you again - they have to give the account back to the vendor to contact you.

Can you tell me where I can find the law that supports what you said? About forcing them to give it back to the vendor.

I have been getting calls from AARGON on my pre-paid cell phone for someone who had the number before me.  I have never had any business dealings with these people or any of their partners.  I have asked them to take me off the list, and was assured no less than 6 times (twice by supervisors) that my number was taken off the list and they wouldn't be calling me again.  Guess what?  This morning, AARGON on my cell phone.  Love it!  I sent an e-mail to fcc.gov.  I hope it stops it.
