I just got a call from this company called UHS Billing Department or Universal Healthcare.  I called the number back and it tries to get me to leave a message.  It's funny because I just got a strange phone call from 702-853-1710 which I reported on this website.

Computer voice inquires if I am _____________________, and if I am, they want me to hold for the next available representative.  I always hang up, but this last time I decided to hold so I could tell them to stop calling.  Was on hold for 5 minutes.  I hung up.

I keep getting calls from the number as well.  They never leave a message and when I answer, it either hangs up on me or makes me wait for a long time.  I always hang up after ten minutes.

I get the same, I will get a call I never pick up any # that I don't recognize. but they always have a machine to leave a massage to my voice mail. I wish they would just stop calling.

Why do you wait 10 minutes before you hang up?  Hang up immediately.

the recording stats that if you are "my husband's name" please press 1, i did and I got the music hold and then silence. This is really irritating and I am about to call my cell phone company and have this number blocked.

How can these calls occur when a number is on a do not call list?  So annoying!!

get a call from this number every few weeks looking for the same person.  I keep telling them to take me off their call list and that person isn't at this cell phone number, but they keep calling back.

They keep calling me also - I have told them NUMEROUS times that the person they are calling for does is NOT AT MY number!  How frustrating!  Then they leave a message which I have to retrive and use my minutes!  How do I get them to STOP!?!?!?!

These folks are calling me every day and early evening.  IF I answer, there is no one there or they say this is a very important call and to call them back.  When I call back I get a recording, put on hold and they a hang up...I won't wait as I did once and their end hangs up.

Everyone grips about these types of calls on websites but rarely use the system in place to make it stop. Fill out the FCC complaint form at the link below. Log the times and dates from you caller ID. The FCC will make them remove your number from there system permanently and stop calling, or face large fines. I have done this for years every time that I have gotten over 3 calls from an unwated number.

They call every morning on the dot at 7:59 a.m., the person they are calling does not live here and they have been told that for months now. I have tried to block the calls but they just use new #'s.

I get a call from this crazy number daily! I dont ever answer! But when I do I get the same thing as a lot of people do as well!

Now this is a VERY helpful post! I think many people complain on posts because they are like me... I just did not know there was a site or organization that can actually stop these calls, much less know where to find it. Thank you so much for sharing this information. I will certainly pass it on.

This number just recently started calling me. I have no business with them but you never get a live person to tell. They call me all day long while I am at work (Big Problem). They also call very late at night! They called me Several times in a single day as follows: 8:10am, 8:24am, 8:37am, 9:10am, 1:05pm, 2:02pm, 2:21pm, 4:52pm, 8:24pm! All in ONE BLOODY DAY!!

hi people.... well i got the same number to call me as well. they actually called me and hung up on me, so i called back. unlike everyone else who only waited a few mins i waited til i got someone real on the phone. it took awhile but i got there. anyways UHS Billing Department is a number from auburn regional medical center actually calling to collect a bill from you. whether its just to get some insurance information or whatever. their number cant actually be blocked cuz they have several extensions they can call you from. a simple way to end this call is to call auburn regional medical center (253) 833-7711 and they should be able to help you get rid of that number calling all the time. well hope that helps some people, if not, i at least tried.

Hi, I ususally wait no more than 3 minutes. I feel they go out of their way to talk to you but if they can't in less than 3 minutes, I just hand up. Someone once warned me not to stay on phone longer than 10 minutes. Reason being, it gives someone a chance to steal any personal stuff you may bave. Also, I never, every give my SS number whether its just for last numbers or all of it. Too many scames out there.
The other day someone "hijack" my password. I never changed my password for over 20 years but now I found my self doing so. Nothing safe in this world. If they want me so bad, let them write a letter instead. I am hearing impair and no easy to catch what they have to say. Gets me frusted when I can't understand every word they say, so I don't bother. If a name does not show on my cell, then I don't answer it, I play the message laterl

702-853-1730 is the caller number. Asks you to return the call at 800-854-3020. Leaves no name or business. I do not return phone calls that do not leave a name or reason for the call.

called 10:30am 11/3/10 message for me push 1 if it's me, waited, then pushed '1' to have them call me back. hi call volume on message...no info given on call.  no human.  read posts.  will keep watching.  weird.

This number keeps calling and leaves no message.....National do-not call list number..dosen't matter they keep calling.
