Caller ID showed this # as well. no message. Assume spammer.

Someone soliciting for veterans affairs, or something like that.  I didn't stay on the line long enough to hear the entire shpeel.

Third call from this number in two days.  No message.  Caller ID said VIRGINIA.  Stopped answering any unknown callers a couple years ago and finally got a Panasonic KX-TG7871 phone unit.  Am able to block further calls from the number with a couple clicks.  Really grateful for this website (800notes) because you learn right away if the caller/number is bogus.

Called hung up when I answered soliciting for homeless veterans.

Received a call at 6:03 AM from this number.  Daughter answered the phone without checking the number, thinking it was a family member needing help because of the time of the call.  She said it was a message to homeowners.  At 8:30 AM, I called the number, and two different gentlemen or possibly a live body after the answering machine had answered the phone...said it was the association for homeless and disabled veterans.  I asked to be removed from their calling list to which he agreed.  We'll see how that works!  There were no apologies for the call having been made during no call hours.

An automated message about homeless and disabled veterans.  Not even a real person doing the calling so probably programmed to keep calling people one after another.

Their Autodog called me today.  No message.  Looked em up here and then blocked them.

  I have the same experience with with this number as most people, no answer, no message. What's going on? It must be something nefarious, I mean nobody spends the money and time on the equipment needed to make all these calls for nothing. Are they checking the phone line to see if there's a computer on line that they can hack into or something like that? Ok ok I might be paranoid, but it's not drug induced.

After answering, heard background noises for a couple of seconds then they hung up.
