Getting phone calls every hour from this number and no voicemail message. Quite annoying

i don't recognized this number so i did not pick up, but i get a call from this number very day, twice at day

703.398.0001 is West Asset Management.  They are a debt collector.

703-398-0001  called 4 times in an hour.  Highly irritated since no message was left

Number calls my cell phone and leaves no message. I make it a habit to not answer unknown or unrecognized numbers. Especially on my cell phone

I'm pretty sure it's tracfone or some affiliate trying to short-change customers. This kind of thing is criminal and should be prosecuted to the most severe application of the law.

The number 703-398-0001 is West Asset Management and it is a collection agency.  They asked for my son, wouldn't tell me what it was about.  Found out they are collecting for Quest Telephone.

Received a call from 703-398-0001, West Asset Management, a "so called" collection agency. They were phishing for my husband's social security number, when he would not give it to them, the call was ended.

It's gotten annoying, here, too.  I've heard it as a debt collector's management type of ordeal, and they've gotten a lot of people's phone numbers wrong.

Number keeps calling my daughter's new cellphone. I have no idea how they would have gotten it. They've called 20 times in the past couple of weeks. Luckily now I've figured out how to add their number to the reject list on her cellphone. It couldn't be a collector because we're not behind on our bills.

They've been calling my house phone for the last month at least, and now it's to the point the phone rings once and then they hang up. Next time I get them on the phone, I swear I'm going to rip into them. This is getting ridiculous. I just got my land line installed at the beginning of the year, and as far as I know (which I'm pretty damn sure) I don't have any debt.

called at at 645 am. i called back, talk to some kid. would not tell me what is was in regard to. it was for my wife on my cell. i told them, if it was important why couldnt you find her cell phone number?

They keep calling me asking for the same person who is NOT me.  I have told them several times that I don't know anyone by that name, but they keep calling back!! >=/

they keep calling your numbers because you have new numbers. they are trying to get a hold of the person who had your number before you got it.

They have called twice asking for a person who is unknown to me. Informed of this, but they probably will keep it up.
