No caller ID with number.  Calls several times a week, but never leaves any message.  Annoying company/organization.

They called and asked for my ex husband, which is really weird since we've been divorced for 13 years and he's not affiliated in anyway with my phone number.  I said, "there's no one here by that name" and he said thank you and hung up.  Didn't ask who they were.

Caller ID shows NRA... they've been calling every other day or so for weeks, and never leave a message.  I called the number back and got a message that said something on the lines of: "This is the National Rifle Association.  Sorry we missed your call, we will try you back in a few days.  We were calling in regard to recent updates.  If you would like more information, please press 1."  I hung up at that point.  Might just answer next time to tell them to quit calling... it's very annoying, and we have no business with them.

further:  they call us because they can ignore the DNC list due to NRA being
a 502C3 ---the status of a non-profit

good luck --- ask to be removed from their list----otherwise, they keep calling !!

Called today at 3:55 PM, no message on voice mail.

Number calls everyday, sometimes several times a day and never leave a message. The ID comes up "Woodbridge, VA".

Will be reporting this call, I'm on do not call & have never contacted NRA in any way ever in my life.

I called the number on my caller ID back (703-398-0795).  There is a recorded message that states it is the National Rifle Association and they are sorry they missed my call and will call back in a few days.  It then gives an option to hear more information I pressed the number 1.  After pressing the number 1, it describes who the NRA is and what they are all about.  If you listen all the way through the message it then gives you more options.  One of those options is to have your number removed from their calling list.  Simply choose that option.  It will ask you to enter your ten digit telephone number.  The recording states they have up to 30 days to remove your number but they will make every effort to remove your number within the next couple of days.  Hope this helps those who were looking to end these calls.

They are nothing if not persistent. I've never been associated with the NRA in any way, never donated, never a member, etc. They called on 27 March, 03, 05, 06, and 07 April. Just shows on the CLID as "Woodbridge NJ". Never leaves a message.

They've been calling several times a day for the past 2 weeks.  I've answered and they always ask for my husband.  I told them that he's not in but they are welcome to leave a message through me but they won't, kind of offends me since I'm also a gun owner.  Guess they don't want to talk to women~!

They called and talked to my husband claiming they are trying to contact someone who had the number over a year ago about a bill they owe and threatened him because they thought he was "hiding" the person. Thank you all for your posts. I did call them back and it claimed the same thing about the Rifle thing and I punched in to remove my number.

Ok my number is RESTRICTED from any LEGAL company, in other words that means they can not call me but the NRA did, My 12 yr old daughter answered and she said they asked for a Mr.Cruz. My last name is cruz but my husbands is Flores. They misunderstood her and thought she said he doesn`t speak english so they were SCREAMING at her asking so he doesnt speak english?Thats what your trying to say? And she said no he is not here and they said Ok we will call back later. THIS IS AND ILLIGAL ORGANIZATION!! As I already stated  I called my phone company and said "I not want any more companys to call me." The Operator said "Ok your number is restricted from all LEGAL companys. Now if you get a call from some one saying its a company that means its a fraud and you can demand them." SO THAT IS WHAT I WILL DO I WILL DEMAND THEM AND YOU SHOULD TOO!!

Called looking for a Mr. with the same last name but no Mr. has ever been associated to me and my number. I am single and my father passed away 6 monthes ago again no business should be calling me looking for a Mr with my last name...... Hmmmmm! They're fishing!

When they call no one is there.  I feel numbers like this should be disconnected by the phone company and investagated by the feds

Caller left no message.  I am a member of the NRA so you would think that a message would have been left.
