Collections agency.  The caller never leaves a message.  I called the number back and talked to an agent about an unresolved bill and asked for the information to be mailed to me.  I was then placed on hold and an aggressive supervisor picked up the call.  I repeated I wanted the information mailed to me as I have never been contacted about this account before.  He continued to tell me they would not work with me if I didn't discuss the situation over the phone and that they had sent something to me, but I have never received any information about this debt.  I continued to request for a letter and the supervisor finally agreed and disconnected the call.
