Some guy who spoke very broken English called and left a voicemail regarding my resume on Monster and the only thing he said that I could understand was data processing.  Couldn't understand his name, the company he works for, where the job is or anything else and the only reason I was able to get the number was from my caller id.  Needless to say I won't be returning his call.  Even if a company is legitimate if they can't hire people who can be understood they aren't much of a company, and the area code is from Virginia.  I live in Iowa.  Another recruiting scam, and all recruiters and job agencies are scams anymore.
