Received a text message saying I am being monitored as well... I am an escort and received the same message.  Police don't WARN you that you are being monitored, though.

Oh yes, when the number is dialed you only receive a dial tone.  A spoof maybe?

Received several text messages and a picture message of the fairfax county police badge with message saying you are being monitored by fcpd as well.  I own an escort agency. Then they went on to say in the last text message I received that memos have been sent to a list of hotels in the fairfax area to keep an eye out for girls in the business. Had someone check out the phone number and that number is coming up as restricted, meaning blocked. They got only a first name on the number.  Alonzo or Alfonso. This could be the name of the person that the phone is assigned to. But it is definitely a government number of some sort. And without my source knowing my reasons for wanting the number to be checked out, they informed that a federal access level was required to a view the information for that number  which they have and were only able to come up with the name above. They said that this is usually the case when law enforcement is potentially 1. Monitoring "Tapping", 2. Investigating, or 3. Tracking someone.  I've called the number back myself and got a recording with a 800 number. I called the 800 number and got the voicemail for Fairfax County Medical Emergency, Fire/EMS, and Police Department. Just like dialing 211 for Fairfax County..

So what do you think?  Its a mobile # from Arlington VA.  I received another number that directed me to an 800 number that was like a 411 for VA's state agencies.  the dude i talked to said it was either child support (lol) or a fed agency.

seriously tho its nothing every lady is getting these messages i looked up the file number he claimed i had on the website and it was bogus has anyone gotten looked up by these messengers NO  so why feed into?

not true got arrested in january at the westin in falls church va. had no bond until pretrail-febuary 2008-trail date set for april 2008; facing 3 differant counts each has a max of 5yrs. have to fly back from nevada in april.

This number belongs to a Washington, DC area pimp who goes by Antonio, and runs a number of "escort" services under a few different phone numbers.  He uses this 703-919-1962 number to send text messages saying you're under surveillance by the Fairfax County Police Department.  

Subsequent texts will say he's got your address and that you might want to stay in the house.

He also calls repeatedly, sometimes blocking the number, to yell irrational threats in, shall we say, ebonics.  (Example:  "How you know I ain't da PO-lice?" followed by "You da b!tch dat owe me money" in the next call.)
