I received a postcard in the mail stating, "welcome neighbors we have been unable to contact you by phone please contact us we have a parcel for you."  It says ask for Kate Jones. It seems this telemarketing scam has been going on for quite a while because their number has changed in the last few years. I googled the number and the name Kate Jones  and I saw another post on this site where people have been getting this postcard in the mail and call the number and it is someone fishing for personal information. Do not call!!

Same. "Welcome Neighbors...unable to contact you.....ask for Kate Jones."  Yea, right!

This people send me a postcard and ask me for my phone number

Received it in the mail today at our new house. Same name: Kate Jones and the number is 704-778-1343

Received post card in mail. The address was hand written and the card inside said Welcome Neighbors We have been unable to contact you by phone... We have a parcel for you. Call 704-778-1343 ask for Kate Jones.  In the trash it goes.

Received the same post card in the mail today. No return address. I didn't order anything and any parcel I may have ordered or otherwise sent to me  would be held at the post office not a private location. This will be finding it's way to the "circular file".

Amazing how they claim they have a package to deliver to us, so we need to call them, but they are somehow able to send a postcard to our ADDRESS to let us know. If they truly had our package they could SEND it to us!! Have not called but it has to be a scam. Same messaging as others - Welcome Neighbors...unable to contact via phone (our phone numbers all work)...contact us within 7 days....We have a parcel for you... Please call (gives days and times) at 704-778-1343...Ask for Kate Jones...Your parcel # is 825. The envelope is hand written and USPS stamped in our town of Charlotte, NC.

I got the same thing in the mail.... If you have the parcel and my address, just send it to me or drop it off. my parcel #is 825 too like everybody else's. Give me a break. Do they think I was born yesterday?

Before I received this letter, I received a card similar to this and did a search on the company... they are an outfit that tries to sell you eco friendly products like detergents. When you call for that "package" they send you samples and then you are hammered with telemarketing calls from them haranguing you to buy more stuff. The NC DOJ has an alert on their page about this.

Same thing here. I have no messages and there's no return address on the enevelope. I keep throwing them away and they just keep coming..

Got the same thing. Parcel #825. Actually got 2 of the exact same note on the same day. Scam!!!!!!

I received the exact same post card.

Received handwritten no return address envelope with postcard inside stating, "We are use to contact you by phone. Please contact us within seven days. We have a deliver for you. Please call 10am-9pm Monday-Friday  and 9am-12pm on Saturdays. 704-778-1343  ask for delivery dept." They even gave a delivery numbet

I received one of these in the mail today & it says to ask for Sarah Smith & to call 704-778-1207.

I just received the letter today.  It says to call 704-778-1343, I call the number and got a message stating I should leave my name, address & delivery # from the card.  I did not leave any info and hung up the phone.

Husband received this addressed to him yesterday. No name given to call back but said to ask for the delivery department. He hasn't ordered anything and will not be calling the number. VERY shady. Annoying the lengths people will go in an attempt to rip off hard working folk :(
