Asked for a VP that retired several years ago.  Wouldn't identify himself.

I received multiple calls from them on my cell phone,  finally dialed them back.  It was a Republican marketer of some type, I told them to quit calling and I also blocked the number.  Oddly, a few minutes later I got a call on my home phone, totally different number with a NRCC caller ID, and it was the same man I had just talked to on the 704 number.

Received call @ 1:40 PM (EDT). Caller I.D. showed: "UNKNOWN NAME". I did not answer and no message was left on my voice mail.

Hang up caller.

Received call @ 2:08 PM (EDT). Caller I.D. showed: "UNKNOWN NAME". I did not answer, but a sort message was left by an automated voice: "Push 1 to talk to a representative...press 9 to be taken off our call list".

Yet another call I just received, but I didn't answer or get a message from.

Call received at 8:15 pm on a Saturday NIGHT, October 5, 2019.  This is some call center out of Charlotte making ROBOCALLS for various clients, calling at all hours of the day and night. And NOW they're blocked!
