"You're harder than a...." Trying to sound folksy but it SO annoying. Didn't listen long enough to hear what the "WCF" in the caller id might stand for but I've had calls with this lead in before. There is a person there - a loud female. If you shout loud enough for her to hear you overtop of her own voice, you can get her to stop talking and ask again to be taken off their calling list.  Sorry that I can't remember what the call was about.

I called back, using *67 to block my own number.  WOMENS CANCER FUND... blah, blah, blah.  Press some number to remove.....  (Didn't, since I blocked it).  Don't press it anyway, or they know it is a valid number and will probably sell it to someone else to call you about something.  I say Telemarketer, since I doubt they are REALLY  a "non=profit".  The profits are used to pay people to call others to get more donations to pay them.  ETC.

Robocall.  Annoying....
