We have been receiving calls from this number as well. My wife called them back and a woman answered: "how may I direct your call?" My wife said that there was a lot of background noise on the other end of the call. I asked if it sounded like a call center and she said it did. I hesitate to answer unknown calls like this as it could be "phishing". I do know that using free call ID shows that the number is listed in the Belmont, NC area. If it is coming from a call center, it might be a trunk number that they dial through, which can be related to phishing. I told my wife to ignore these calls until we can identify them.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone and I called back it said the same thing as Tony's. So I just hung up and refuse to answer this number again.

I only write to their registered agent or CEO, I get a fasert response. Put them on notice to cease & desist, to contact you only by mail thru USPS, phone calls to you at any time are inconvenient. Send CMRRR, certified mail return receipt requested. TCPA violation $500 +.

Document every call, take pics of your phone. They are not suppose to call your cell phone.

I received the call and they answered "customer service" will you please hold.  I hung up the phone.
