    Apparently this is a supposed employment survey that is manditory and they will call every month for 6 months i refused and was told there would be legal implications if i did not participate.

    that's bull, just ignore them, I'm blocking all their calls they seem to have an infinite number of phones they can call from, but that's alright I have an infinite number of numbers I can block on my phone.  What a scam they are.
