    my brothe got a  call from a Charles Bailey, claiming to be with the Bank of Nova Scotia. Claimed to have access to $15 million in an account that belonged to his dead uncle. Wanted his drivers license & bank info to have 40% of the money transferred to his account. My brother has mild dementia & almost fell for this scam. He also gave an email address of charlesbailey05@yahoo.com
