Harrassing calls to family members asking about me and saying I'm under investigation for fraud???

Got a call from them too and so my brother about a family member and her spouse about being under investigation for fraud. I wonder how they heck they got our numbers, but it's a f* SPAM

this is not fake! i looked the number up just like this because i was getting calls from them and i saw your comments so i ignored it, now i have court this week for larcerny after trust and i called them and they said that they could have helped me if i had called sooner. so i just wanted to add this because i should have just called instead of reading this

This call isn't a scam call.   They are hired by creditors when collateral is involved to recover the items.  If you don't call, you can get arrested and go to jail for felony charge.  

this is a credit agency that is working for JD Byride in Illinois. They call all your family members because the person that they are calling regarding has one of their cars that they are not paying the not on

Your an idiot too, there are two ways to recover collateral, replacing through a court order or report, which is somewhat legacy grey. You own the car , not the bank!
