Nope not a debt collector and I learned that the hard way...when I ended up in jail!

Stated they were going to issue a warrant for my child. they are Elite Detective Agency. They said they would revoke her car tags and have her arrested. They are not with any Federal, State, County or City agency. They are not a Government Agency.

Call identified herself as Investigator Powell calling with reference to Samuel E Norman

She called saying she was investigator Powell and that she was filing criminal charges against me for a vehicle I haven’t paid on. I totally flipped when I found out she was a debt collector and when speaking to her supervisor she denied saying she was an investigator and that she only said she was investigating. This company is a joke!!’nn

Called and said her name is detective powell

Brianna Powell called my entire family and work multiple times saying she was an in lnvestigator working for the sheriff. She is a credit recovery person trying to get my motorcycle back. All she did was lie and threaten me. That is harassment and credit agencies are not allowed to do that.

Brianna Powell - called me and my sister stating : she was an investigator working a Case. - very very ill that she called my sister. My sister is on none of my information. I mean none.
