Hangup call

Calls several times and when you ask who is calling, he hangs up. Total Scammer!!!

Phone companies are "common carriers".

That means they must allow everybody to use their services, unless the company is notified by law enforcement that the user is committing crimes.

However, recent FTC & FCC rulings state phone companies may allow customers to block certain unwanted calls; BUT the phone company cannot universally block a number merely because YOU complain ... however, they might give you the ability to block those calls to YOUR phone.  Even better, you can protect yourself, by obtaining and using a call blocking phone, app or other device.

Do not depend on others to enforce rules or policies YOU invent!  Protect yourself!

Did not pick up. Saw the phone number. There was no message.

Received call around 8am.  I said hello and heard dead space then a recording came on about a lottery.  I hung up.

Landline call picked up in error. Auto message about me entering a sweepstakes & call back.  Never happened!

Bunch of noise in background.  Two calls so far

A phone message left.  Robo call about sweepstakes and to call them back.  We never sign up for any thing like that and never will.  Call blocked.

Didn't answer & no message left.
