I just got the same thing, local ranking, well the part about being RANK is right, left no message, they have called before

Left no voice mail = Don't expect me to call back

Blank call/Dead line

Said Local Ranking - Left no message.

they called yesterday, there was no id with the number, just the number. they left no message. they called again twice today back to back, it rang 2 times with each call then stopped. again, no message.

called 5/11/15, no msg.

Received a call from this number, but did not leave voice mail. They call every week two or three times.

Same. (only I won't be calling back)  Must be really important.  Shoot, sometimes takes me three rings just to get up out of the chair!  Then I have to follow the sound to find the phone, LOL.

Mine also had "Local Ranking" as the ID (like Seattle, WA, above).

This number showed up in Caller ID. They did not leave a message, making them "suspect." We call-screen. No recognize caller, no talkee. Put them on call-blockade. Message to them: "Up yours."

Keeps calling every few days. Recorded voice talks right thru answering machine message - no clue what was said.

I didn't recognize the name or number, so I didn't answer the phone. They didn't leave a message, and they didn't answer when I called back: it just kept ringing and ringing. I blocked the number and wrnt on with my day, as I'm used to these spammer calls from Google.

Called my cell 8/19/15 12:17 p.m. PST.  I didn't answer; they didn't leace message.

Rang 4 times.   I did not answer.

Receive calls from this number every other day. I never answer and they never leave a message.

These [***] wrinkles called and didn't leave a message. I'll start asking around town if anyone knows who's # this is. Maybe if it's a girl I can get a hot date

I have had a Nigerian man calling my number phishing my cell phone for many years.  Every time I block a number from calling me, he finds calls me from another number.  Last week he I received a call from 503-594-4303 and I called  right back and I heard the voice of a Nigerian person and then it connected to a real American male on the line who said thank you for calling me back.  I told him I was not interested in his product and to remove my from his list.
I receive a call from an unknown number almost daily.  It is always a number that is not in service or from some vendor I have never her from.   I shut down my cell phone and restart it to erase the opportunity for those nasty Nigerians to get info from my phone.  I wish he would stop harassing my phone.  Get a life!

These idiots should be fined and sent to jail for life.  These robotic calls should stop once and for all.  They are a complete waste.
