    We got 2 of these calls in a row at 10:46 pm and 10:53pm
    no longer live in California it says Sonoma area a Level 3 Carrier whatever that means

    Called and hung up. It rang once with no voicemail. Xfinity call guard caught it as possible spam from Santa Rosa. Did as other user suggested and removed myself from Venture Data since they're exempt from the Do Not Call list.
