    Called my house but I wasn't home, left a name and the # 709 7538861 with a message to call back... did so and got an answering machine saying it was the vmail of Joanne Whalan

    Update: She just called me back, she is from a collection agency, she was calling for Eastern Health. I told her my situation very briefly and she understood. I agreed that yes I would be paying, if not soon I'd call her back in a few months to update her on my situation. She was very pleasant
