These assclowns call me DAILY. It's some company trying to take advantage of tax credits by offering a free service, which surely will turn into them trying to sell you on how to improve the energy efficiency of your home.  I finally answered and let the message. I pressed 0 to talk so someone. I asked to be taken off the list and the person said the DNC didn't apply because they weren't selling anything. I said "not now, but that is your goal. I again told them to take me off their list. He said it was an automatic dialing system so he couldn't do that (what b.s.). I asked to speak to a manager, he said OK, hold on, and then disconnected the call.

Same issue here.  They call daily.  If you listen to the entire message you will be told to press 2 to be removed from the list.  In reality, all it does is disconnect the line.  If I could find out who they are I would sick Wayne Dolcefino on them.

Same experience.  I contacted the FCC today and filed an on-line complaint and did the same with the TX Attorney General's Office.  I cannot find a website, address or anything for them.  I did not even have a phone number for them until finding this site on the web.

I too have been trying to identify this caller.  They never mention a name.  I've listened through the entire spiel three times and pressed -2- to be taken off their list.  The calls continue every two days and always seem to come when I'm busy doing something else.

Same here,  the boiler room automaton said the "do not call" list didnt apply to them - when I tried to go through the logic of how that wasnt right -she hung up on me.  I hope these spineless losers get busted.

Same as other posts. They told me DNC does not apply. Told them to take me off their list anyway.  Kept telling them to take me off their calling list for as long as they would stay connected.

I receive calls from these people everyday all day long on my cell.  Where the heck are they getting our numbers from.  I am reporting them to the FCC.

These people call from a different number every week. No matter how many times I block them, they call back the next time with another number. Is it even possible to get them to stop?

They say they are under contract to make people aware of Federal stimulus money for energy conservation and offer to do a free home energy efficiency evaluation. They say that DNC does not apply because they are not selling anything. Caller refused to give me company contact information. Seems like a telemarketer scam.

Same as all the callers above. They even call on Sunday. Sue them

Same complaint here. I have asked them twice to remove me from their data base.  I have pushed 5 to request they not call all the other times, numbering over 12 calls now.  How do we turn them in for a fine?

They said the were from Central Florida this time.

"Amy" from the company called me an idiot when I told her that I was on the National Do Not Call list and that they had no right to keep calling me after I even hit the Take Me Off Your List option.

They claim to be calling on behalf of FPL (Florida Power Light)

I've filed with the NDNCL and suggest everyone do the same.

Same here but they use a local number.  They won't stop calling  My caller ID says 355-1681.  I am on the federal do not call list but they refuse to stop calling.  I kept them on the line this time, agreed to srt an appt, and when they asked if my wife would be there I said no.  they finally hung up on me.  What professionalism

We got this same call  from Saving America's Energy Association and we SET UP an appointment (my husband works for an electric utility, so he wanted to hear what they would say, etc).  Monday's appt time came and went and THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP!!!!!  They even had confirmed the appt time with a second phone call, so there is no mistake about the date and time.  Since my hubby is in the utility field, he came up with an interesting theory:  that the scam is NOT being done to the homeowner, but the scam is being done to the GOVT Stimulus money (and thus to all of us).  So, maybe this "company" is FAKING these energy audits so that they get paid but don't really do the audits!!!  REPORT!  REPORT!!  REPORT!!!!

Please help report these people. We have been getting the same call constantly. They do not give up.

We have been getting calls every day and I keep calling them back. But the message box is full so we can't leave any message. How can a company get away doing this illegally? This is pure harrassment. If we could find the address fo their office, we would go there physically and see what they have to say. Does anyone know where their office is?

I use caller id - it always shows up "Unknown Name" - and ignore these clowns. They always hang up when the machine picks up.

If someone figures out how to find these people, please post it here. I'm ready to go to wherever they're at and make them really sorry for this.

I have received over 60 calls in the past 4 months from these people. I've spoken to several of their agents and asked to be removed from their calling list.  They refuse and hang up on me. Very frustrating. The United States Government's FTC has the largest number of employees as ever in the history but unable to take this company out?  I'm confident they can do so.

Wake up FTC and get your a$$ in gear.
