Got a call from this number and the following partial voicemail was left:
“....while contending your serious attention ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury or a federal criminal offense. This is the final attempt to reach you. To resolve this issue immediately and to speak to a federal agent call back number 713-258-7149. I repeat it 713-258-7149.”

Voicemail left, seemed to start in the middle....because the robo stuff cannot differentiate between a voicemail and human. Same as other report, verbatim.  This number has been reported all over the web and the FTC, I read that some people have called the number, and it's a call center in India.

VM msg re: Social Security "issue" and msg identical to those listed previously. Went to another site and call was listed as originating in Texas. An "elderly" scam for sure!

Received a call from Houston, TX 713-258-7149 stating "Eddie stating your social security number going to be block intending your serious attention ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense this is the final attempt to reach you to resolve this issue immediately and to speak to a federal agent call back number is 713-258-7149 I repeat 713-258-7149"

I received the same message.  It has to be a scam.
