caller said hello4x same voice calls from many numbers no other message left.

Another Indian Loan SCAM...They have been calling from this Houston phone number, Chicago phone numbers, etc.
The same old message...Blocked and all have been reported.

Called and told me my loan application has been approved for between $3000 to $6000
Caller spoke in a heavy accent and hung up when I told her I was going to report them.

They put 1496.00 in my bank acct. Then told me to wire the money back to them

Now why would you do that?  The deposit will somehow be no good.  They might have used an electronic check.  Wiring the money back is a dead giveaway that you will be scammed out of the money and the resulting bank fees.  There is also the possibility that you could be charged criminally as well.
