WARNING!

Received phishing e-mail, purporting to be from WAMU bank. It says to call this number.

I entered it here anyway so anyone searching for the number in the e-mail will find this.

I recieved the following message on the 16th.

WAMU is trying to track this down but the phone number is reported as being disconnected.

"Apparently the number has been disconnected.
Judging from the poor quality of the email, and the scarcity of people reporting it,  I'm inclined to believe it was more of a prank (kids trying to fool people into calling a long distance number) than a scam.  

We'll see what the fraud people have to say."
