I received a call back from an ad placed in the SunSentinel in Ft. kauderdale,FL.. The caller was a man named David Hennings representing a company called Novomatic out of Europe.  they were looking for a flight attendent - I called Novomatic and spoke to their HR department and they never heard of him and were not looking to hire anyone in the US..He said as well they would fly the candidates out to San Diego - Same scam as the others reported

Company ad in the Ft. Worth Star Telegram looking for Operations Manager.
Left a messgae @ the phone number listed - called back and asked me questions concerning my backgroud. Stated they would fly people to Boston for another interview.

I find it a shame that I am trying to find a job to provide for my family and this is the BS we deal with!

Got a call from a Kevin Stanley after replying to an ad for a corporate managerial position. All sounded great until he wanted me to send money for the plane ticket to Seattle for another interview. When asked about it he became very defensive only saying he gave me the Novomatic website and I could call anyone and find out that Novomatic was a legit company. I tried explaining to him HE was the one I was worried about, not Novomatic so he just told me he would keep my name for a later spot.

The number he used this time was 212-501-2030

This is a total fraud. If you see 708-263-1233 or an add asking only for management experiece report it immediately, IT'S A FRAUD!  Do not send money to anyone asking you to pay for half of a plane ticket anywhere regardless of the situation.  If he gives you a number 212-501-2030 its a fraud and a con artist.

Thank you for posting this information.  We had a similar experience with a person who claimed to work for Novomatic and wanted payment of $168 to cover half of the airfare to San Diego for another interview.  The contact name given was Ted Henley, but they're obviously using fake names.  He also gave the number to call:  212-501-2030.

There is also a job listed in he Chicago Tribune for a Facilities Manager, asking people to call the Facilities Dept at:  708-263-1238
