My phone doesn't ring but I receive the message "1 missed call.713-481-1884" . Since I don't recognize the # I don't call back.

Joel - Buying property below appraised Property TAX value.

Some guy randomly calling Texas numbers asking to buy property. Obviously a scam. I called back to let him know I would be reporting him to the police.

Keep getting a missed calls and vm's from some guy wanting to buy property. I don't own any real estate...

This is the message I received after it rang once and apparently goes straight to voicemail - calls on my cell phone.  It does sound like a call center, you can hear it in the background.
