They called and when I asked who was calling I was told get yourself a lawyer I don't have time to play games. When I looked up the number I couldn't find any information I believe they were trying to get a name and address to go with the phone number

When I calledd the number back first it rang out several times then I blocked my number and called back and a lady answered and I asked her what company it was and she told me it was a residence. I repeated the number back to her and she told me I had the wrong number but when we hung up I hit redial and now noone is answering. This is a way they try and get a name to go with the phone number be careful!!!!!!

Caller would only identify herself as Ms. Dent, an insulting woman who called me a liar regarding payment of an AVON debt over 5 years ago.  I DID pay it, via money order.  She asked to her take me to court where I could prove that I paid it.  She again called me a liar, made comments about my mother.  She refused me any info other than her name and she was calling from Houston.  She specially stated she would be calling me "every seven days" until I paid the debt. I asked her where I could send proof that I paid it and she again called me a liar and refused to give me the information. I did a #69 and found this number.  I called the number back and there was no answer.

I received a call on Feb. 7th at 3:50pm EST. I received a call previously but did not connect the dots. The lady was very crass and kept referring to taking me to federal court if I did not pay for an OLD AVON debt.

Scam!  "Ms. Johnson, calling from Houston", Who says that?  
Claiming a very urgent matter "pending against my business"

i recieved a call stating the same thing about an old debt from avon....im trying to get in touch with avon now regarding this. if you have any suggestion please let me know. im confused on how they got all of our info since we have moved from where we use to live since we where avon employees. any help at all would be much appreciated. thanks

Been getting calls from this number for a bit, and tonight was the first night a message was left; a man stating he needed to hear from me by Thursday or a judgment might be leveled against me.  I've been getting a slew of calls like this recently from such random #s that Google as scams ... I want to know who sold my d*mn cell phone #!!!

Just received a call from this number saying i need to hear from a "Delma Luna" or her attorney.  This person does not even live at my house never did.  The man was very nasty when i said no one lives here by that name stop calling here.  They called atleast several time in the last few days.  I decided to pick up to see what the idiots wanted.

I got a phone call to all of the things listed above are illegal for them to do.  I called the ftc and put in the complaint the more people that call and report the company the company will get in trouble.  Please report all info to ftc.org

Someone called me from this number today and did not leave a message.  I called it back and said someone had just called and without even asking who I was, I was told by a man that I had the wrong number.  I double checked it... I CALLED THE SAME NUMBER THAT WAS ON MY CALLER ID.

Also, the man that answered the phone just said "Hello".  Is this even a business?

I answered and said hello several times. There was clearly someone on the phone but they did not speak. Then they hung up.

Caller - debt collector that has been reported to the unfair debt and has law suits against them - i plan on pursuing litigation myself.

When i tried to call the number - it rang no answer guess she doesn't like getting calls just making threatening ones.

someone called me from 7134819947, and the woman was very rude. I know who calls my home. so when I aw the number I immediately said, wrong number. she had the nerve to say to me "how would you know, if didn't tell you who I was looking for." So, I snapped back and told her, "you called me, I didn't call you.. I ask the questions! Now, what do you want?" She told me that she was looking for someone with the same last name as myself. I immediately said. "wrong number!" and hung up.
Anyway, I filed a complaint with donotcall.gov. Hopefully, she and her crazy company will not be calling me again.

I got severals calls from this number 713-481-9947 asking for someone who doesn't live here at all when I toll them that they just hang up or saying that I'm lairing and hung up

Ms Dunkin left me a vm from this number with a file number.
Stating important legal matter. Of course I tried to call it back.
But nothing.
how do these people get cell phone numbers !

i never did answer the call and no voicemail was left on my phone.  i called it back and no one answered.  the strange thing is that i used to get wrong number phone calls on my cell and they always asked for the same person. the last time i got asked if i was that person,  it was from a collections agency.  i think that this 713-481-9947 is an attempt to contact the person who was asked for in my wrong number phone calls.

They called me and said "This message is for *** we need you or your lawyer to call us back within 24 hours. There is a litigation executed against you in Waco County." Of course, I was mortified thinking this is an attorneys office and I did something seriously wrong. They told me if I did not take care of my Bally's total fitness bill that they would take me to court and I could go to PRISON. (they didnt use the term jail but prison) This is over a bill from 4 years ago. These people sure know how to lie.
