Debt collector calls from a cloned local number.  It's a recorded message and says to call back 800-630-1953.  Not confirmed as a valid debt collector.

I have no idea what company this is for. The person Anthony who called me would not tell me who they were calling with until I confirmed information for them. With all the scam calls that go around, there's no way I'm verifying any information for anyone who called me without them identifying who they work for and what their call is in regards to. He never would tell me what his reason for calling was so I asked that all their correspondence be through mail.
