Thoae do call list mean absolutely nothing and the callers know that

received a call from 713-581-2273 at 2:09pm eastern standard time... he knew my name, asking is this____. told me he was calling to verifying my car insurance. i asked them what company they were calling from and he wouldn't answer. he tried to verify my email but i just kept asking what company he was calling from, he kept telling me verifying my car insurance. i told him i didn't have insurance with that company and he hung up. he sounded like an india national with a strong accent, i had trouble understanding him. about 3min's after he hung up on me i received a phone call from 400-821-6868. i didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Same thing. I ask who was calling me. Did not speak proper English. Had my e-mail and name. Asked again who the hell are you. Hung up on me. This no call list is crap.

You can have the call immediately forwarded to voice mail and it won't even ring if you have a cell phone number.  If you have a land line from AT&T or Comcast, you can block up to 20 numbers.

P.S. I never check my cell phone voice mail.

they are scammers using USA numbers. usually from Nigeria etc.

about furthering education because I was on a job site

OHHH! I was on a job site too recently! But got one call at 6pm on my cell from 713-581-2273. Their front is Auto insurance Network .net . Asking to verify my email because they were sending money saving qoutes for auto insurance. I kept saying i couldnt understand them. First guy said they were from Dallas, second and third guy from broklyn. All three had very thick indian accents, maybe pakistan. Then 10 minutes later i get a call from 463-834-1289. They ask if im interested in furthering my education. I did the same thing. I told them theres a $10,000 fine for soliciting...>LOL

wow...another few minutes later I got another call From Edegree. Three calls in 15 minutes. This guy was at least American. He said they get their information from websites that you apply for jobs or educational information. Now I know. I did fill one out about 2-3 weeks ago. I told him i just got call blasted from Indian people. He appoloigized and offered to take me off their call list...YEAH!!!...OH! He called from 717-884-9975

somebody signed up for a sweeps stakes entry, auto insurance, looking for education and now ive gotten 15 phone calls in one day from various places.

I got snookered into the same thing...I think it was "daily Sweepstakes" or something like that.  By the time I realized it was more than that, it was to late.

it is literally way to early for these people to be calling. I mean come on 5am. its a telemarketing company and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. 713 581 2273. I cant believe with all these complaints the company still exist.

Called and left no message I called back with a different phone.  Person just said "hello" and when I asked who it was what business it was they hung up
