    Just got this call. Said it was Internal Revenue Services (note the plural) - same voice with same message I got the other day from 509-872-5238. TOTAL SCAM!

    Female voice left recorded message I was having a lawsuit filed against me. Told me to call for details. I did not return the call. Suggest if you receive a call ignore and hang up.

    Received a call from 713-714-5831 - did not answer - they left a voicemail that was automated - stated we are being sued by the IRS.  This is a SCAM and if you go to the following website - you can report it: www.TIGTA.com - this is a direct reporting site for the IRS.  They are fully aware of this scam.  This is not the first time we have received this voicemail - they have left this message multiple times from multiple phone numbers over the last few weeks!
