So red flag went up with this text I just got. Decided to look into it. Just as I thought, a scammer.

I haven't replied yet. Gave it some thought and will wait till tomorrow. I'm either going to contact my brother who has the right connections, or reply and give him the local authorities address and see what happens.

There are a lot of numbers this person has used. This time around the number is 713-909-3661
