And it continues . . . another unsolicited call . . . another call reported.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Picked up, complete silence, then call was disconnected

Thanks to Google, it popped up as a spam call on my cell phone - which is registered in the federal do not call registry. I did pick up and noticed the delay of the auto-dialer.. I instructed them not to call me. This is  nothing good

Called, didn't leave a message . . . I didn't answer it.  Most likely another spammer . . . also reported this number . . . again.  Maybe someone will actually enforce the DNC list.

Can't they take a hint.  If they call and I don't answer and they don't leave a message, why would I consider answering the call a few minutes later?  I reported this number again to the DNC.

I answered the call. Took a second for them to come on the line. When I told them not to call again the guy laughed and said "Oh no! What are you going to do? Call the cops?" The DNC is a joke. They aren't even worried about it.

Actually the DNC works well.  People and businesses are prosecuted under the law.  However the DNC is meant as a guide for law-abiding citizens, scofflaws and criminals ignore it.   Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

Received a call from this number around 10:30am on 6/30/2017. My answering machine answered and the caller said hello and hung up after 15 seconds.

Called by cell phone with caller id of BUENA PARK CA.  Blocked it on my cell phone.

They called my work looking for Marilyn, who doesn't exist.  Line disconnected.

Got a call from this number.  Didn't answer.  No message.  CID said California Call. Can't be anything good.

Called my cell twice.  Left no message either time.

missed call shows same timestamp twice (odd? - machine?). No vm, not calling back :-)

Rude salesperson - refused to remove number from call list.

Called me yesterday. Here's how it went:
Telemarketer: Hi, this is Vicky. Are you the homeowner? (voice sounds like she's up to two packs a day.)
Me: Homeowner of what?
T/M: Homeowner in (city I live in).
Me: No.
T/M Well, do you own a home in California?
Me: Um, okay...
T/M: Well, we're calling homeowners to tell them about the money they can save with our retrofit windows and doors.
Me: Well, how about you suck my left nut...
T/M: *Awkward silence*
Me: ...Or the right one. Doesn't make any difference to me. What's your preference, the left one or the right?
T/M: *Click*

Ah well.....
