I just got a call from them. The guy said his name was Lewis and he was with Smart Energy Advocates. When I started asking questions, he hung up on me. When I tried calling back, I just got a recording saying the number wasn't in service.

This number keeps calling my house. I never pick up on numbers i don't recognize. As the above person stated , I called back and it says the number is not in service. How is that possible. These calls are such a pain.

This company calls me two and three times a day even though we are listed on the do not call logs and requested each time that they take us off their list.  It is from Smart Energy wanting to put solar panels on your house and telling you it is free from the government which is not true.  Finally after trying to get them to stop calling us, my husband told me to tell them yes, we wanted the information.  They sent a guy to our home so they had our address as well as our phone number. When he came here, my husband told him we did not want the information and did not want to be called, the guy was mad but my husband told him that any time his company calls our home, we will schedule a meeting and he can keep driving by or he can stop the phone calls. They also use the phone numbers 818 489-2271,951 273-4559,714 705-4716 and 888 988-9415.  I have reported these people every time they call and they never have a supervisor to talk to and you can't call them back on the numbers.  It seems like there should be a way to take legal action against these unwanted phone calls.

same thing endless calls and annoying sales pitch. i asked questions and said i would look them up online and i would call them after Ive done my research. he gave me very simple answers and tried to avoid the question. I hung up and they called 20 mins later. so i just disagreed about being a home owner and said my electric bill was to low! its a scam for sure! they also gave me this call back number 888-688-9415
