Yes, there are two after midnight. I've complained to my cell phone company, FTC, FCC, Do not call list.  Doesn't do any good. Good luck to you if you are on their call list.

It's good old VietNumbers making all our lives a misery.  6 of the last 15 calls I've had on my cell have been from these [***].  Like you, complaints to the FTC, FCC and DNC registry have so far done nothing.  VietNumber's direct contact details are:
