I received a phone call wanting me to verify my social security number and if I didn't I would have to appear in court the next morning.Called me a liar and said I was going to be in big trouble if I didn't pay.Gave me this number to call back in 30 minutes 714-333-2954. If I didn't he was going to turn me over to Credit Investigation Bureau. His name was Johnathon Davis. THIS IS A SCAM! Scared me to deaf. He had information on some of my family members. I really thought hard to not say anything. Warned those family members and reported to phone company.

I recieved the same call, from a Charles Green. I am reporting to the secret service.

I received this same call from a female Christine. There's a lot of noise in the background. Says there is a legal action that has be "downloaded" onto me. Their terminology is so terrible. I got really irate and she gave me this number to call them back on. I called and it was the same girl. Says its the Crime Division of a Law Firm. Says she cant give me their website. They had a very heavy indian accent. They had the last four digits of my social. They scared me silly. I'm soooo happy I found this number online. If not I would have still been panicing. I'm going to report it to the secret service as well.

i have been getting the same calls at my work!! and the said downloaded to me..indian accent..tons of backround noise..i had to different names..alex smith and alex green..i got messages from the secretary saying if i didnt call or show up for court that they would call the cops..i spoke to a man and woman..i couldnt understand either..somthing about how i owe over 5000 dollars...its deffinetly bogus..

oh ya..i got a new number that i was supposed to call them at... 714 673 6146...my hr manager told them to not call back or he would get them for harrassment..well se what happens

I received the same call a few months ago, and at first fell for it like so many other.  This company is a SCAM.  The best thing for everyone to do is contact their local police departments and make a report.  Also file a complaint with you States AG, FTC, social Security Admin and FBI.  The more people that report this, the more that can be done.

Good luck.  The police Officer that helped me called these guys and with him and my manager, he hasnt called back since that was February.
