I got a call from them about a month ago saying I was served to be in court today and I didn't show up. When I asked where was the paper work the guy said I don't have that information and gave me a phone number to call and speak to someone else. I ended up calling that number and speaking to Valarie Smith of "RS and Associates" and she said they had mailed a letter to serve me at my old address which I haven't lived at for 5  years. I told them to the **** off and i'm not paying a dime. A week later they called my mother and grandfather saying that I have a pending case and if I don't resolve it soon, I would go to jail. I called them back, gave them an expired debit card # of mine and told them to run it next week. Now, if they are a legit collection agency or a law firm, first thing they wouldn't serve you threw the mail, they would send someone. Second, if I am way over due on my payment and I would go to jail for it, why do they keep calling me or family members every two weeks for money? Send me to jail then. The biggest clue was saying that I owe money to Wells Fargo from 2010, that's why they are calling me. Well the funny thing is, I bank currently with Wells Fargo and opened my account about 4 months ago with them. If I had a problem with them and owed them money, I highly doubt they would have opened my account. They are nothing but a scam, so don't send them any money.

These jokers somehow got my mother's contact info and she called me frantically last night stating they had been attempting to send a summons to me numerous times for me to appear in court. Not giving her any more info other than a number to call and a case reference number I called and spoke with "Jesse Sanchez" who informed me that I owed unpaid overdraft fees on Wachovia account. AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS CLOSED IN 2009. They threatened me with the possibility of thousands in additional attorney fees if I didn't pay the 1500 requested.

Not feeling comfortable I told him I needed to search for my bank account information as I was sure it was a closed account. He claimed that sometimes tellers over the phone don't close accounts(????) and asked if I had physically walked into the bank to close the account. I was able to connect with wells fargo (who acquired Wachovia ages ago) to confirm my closed account.  I called these fools back today to inform them (this was right before googling this insane "company") and they have since called me back FIVE times.

DO NOT GIVE A DIME TO THIS PEOPLE. I asked for information to be sent to me regarding what I owed and nothing ever was. Upon my initial worry that this would be a credit issue he said it wouldn't appear on any credit inquiries but that they could prevent me from opening up any checking accounts in the future.
