Call your local court system. If there is a real lawsuit against you, there should be a court filing. This may be an extortion scam.

My husdand receive two phone call from  this number, a message was let on his answering machine saying that their is a Civil Law suit against me and I am to call an attorney Wells. The number that I am to call is 714-453-1920.

Received same message: My name is Mr. Martinez and I am calling from the law offices of RJ Salcido, Attorney at Law. I am calling because of a civil complaint filed against you. Does not state what exactly it is, just to call 714-453-1926.

These bottom feeders come out at the end of the month and try to get you to answer the phone. DO NOT ANSWER the phone.

You can always get a credit report done to see if anyone is looking at it.

Called from 714-453-1911. Left msg regarding my ex, "please have him call Mr. Hernandez at RS Associates. A complaint has been filed against him that demands his immediate attention. Before we proceed with further action, please call us at 888-254-1911."

I just received a call from a Gina Morgen saying they were serving me papers for a credit card from 7 years ago. She could not give me any info not even for the card company. I told her my attorney would call her she had a melt down and hung up on me...my attorney is going to call but I think this is a hot scam. They some how got my credit report!! Just do your research before you give them any information!!!

Just spoke with Gina Moren as well. Completely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with someone else, she said there was no one else. Impossible, right? I think this is a total scam as she would not give me any info to me about what account this call referenced. DO NOT deal with these people!

Got a call from 714-453-1956 that they had a complain filed on me.  Said that I would be served papers today and having my husband served at work.  Wouldn't discuss anything for me to try to figure out what she was talking about.  Instead she kept saying you know you owe this money and on and on.  Then she started calling out more of my personal information.  Blaming me to be trash.

I got a call from (714)453-1947  saying that I owed money and they have been harassing me and threatening me and my family. I dont know how these people at RS & Associates managed to get access to my parent's personal information (i.e. Date of birth, recent Credit Card Payments, etc) they were asking for a settlement of $3,500. This is a total scam.

Got a call from a lady named gina morgan and she said she got complaint regarding my debt. I have to pay it or else they gonna go to court..She's so rude and disrespectful.. Anybody can help me to track and do some actions with this people? Her number is 714-453-1959... These people have no heart and try to victimized consumers...

It started as a Private Call... stupidly I answered it.. They were lookiing for a family member saying they have unpaid debts and the are going to serve papers... very rude person on phone (David).   I called the 888-828-6608 number they provided.  Spoke with a Gina Morgan.  Gave her the case number - phony!!!  Said if this family member does not call they will serve papers...  Never happened.  If this is a legit company they would be sending into by MAIL to the person.  Also started threatening with law suits, civil action, blah blah, blah,  What I did find is what they are doing is illegal.   REPORT THEM.  They are scamming people.
They are harrassing all family members.  Why would they think this would work??
