Called me and several relatives and said they were from "the firm" and a very vague message about a complaint being filed against me. I called back to see if I could get an answer about what was going on, and they answered the phone with "corporate office" and asked what I wanted by name. I asked him what corporate office this was and he said he worked for several companies and which I wanted. Then I gave him the "case number" and asked what firm he was from and he got angry and started telling me some very unprofessional things and then hung up on me.
