This number claims to be an organization that gives out gift cards for two minute surveys, with a small shipping fee. They try to get your personal information & it's a scam. They then called back from a number in Oklahoma, but it was the same person.

Got a call as well today from this number- let it go to voice mail and just as the others are saying- it turns out to be some promo to answer a survey and receive a gift card... pending payment for shipping and handling ofcourse. That's the usual sign of a scam...never pay money to receive money!

The phone number came in on caller ID from Orange, CA. Phone rang twice and than hung up.

Number reads Orange County Area....I didn't answer.  I have been getting a ton of unknown numbers and they all seem to want to gove me a cruise or gift cards, blah, blah, blah from what I read on this site!  I am getting 4 or 5 calls a day and they are never answered.  But this is getting to be a bit much....

I got a call yesterday from 714-551-6813 and today from 714-551-6824. I never answer numbers I don't know, and they didn't leave a message. I looked up both numbers and comments on then 6813 number is they offer you a gift card to take a survey, but you have to pay shipping and handling, so it is obviously a scam.  A comment on the 6824 number says it is a rewards offer and you have to go through an automated system to get your number removed. No way am I calling these people, it only encourages them.   And these two numbers are way to close to be anything other that coming from the same phone bank. So I say both are total scams.
