This phone number is affiliated with the US Government, it pretends to be a "fundraiser" and other front bogus companies, it is being spoofed. It was tracked back to a US Government institution, in China Lake Naval Warfare up in Kern County, there spoof failed and it was retraced by other Government agencies to be a  (Snooping) call. came back to 301-649-3914

No message. This phone scam via spoofed number is getting worse. I block a new number almost daily. This must be the latest criminal training effort going on in prisons because it has become so popular to operate this type of scam.

I didn't pick up either ...just sent it to voice mail...and no voice mail message was left either.

caller said they were from Orange County Police Youth Charity Group.  Annoying fundraiser campaign.  No idea how they got my number as I don't get many solicitations via cell phone.  I told him "thank you but no thank you"... that my fiancee was a former peace officer and that we do our own charity efforts... caller continued and I hung up on him.

I picked up this call, and someone said they were from Orange County police charity. I told them thanks and how did they get my number. They hung up.

I figured it was a scam 5 seconds into the call... The guy kept on talking and talking...  Until, I told him I know his daughter and that she might get raped if you keep scamming people. That's when his true colors came out.

I usually never pick up on the cell when I don't know the number but did this once without thinking. Guy was super aggressive and the worst was he gave an accurate address. Bad enough they had the cell. I told him to get lost. Wth??!!

Call from Orange county.  I did not pick up.  Did not leave a voicemail.  After reading this post, I just blocked the number.

I called this number back. I guy answered and said "yes hello" and then hung up.
