A recorded message says, "You have been  contacted by your local cable company.  If you have any questions about this call, call [number rattled off that I didn't have time to write]."  Then it hung up.  Caller ID said it was Charter Cable.  Charter is my Internet and phone provider.

Repeated calls from this number, day and night.  They never leave a message.  Caller ID says Charter Cable.  I assume they are trying to get our business back, since we recently switched from their TV service to DirecTV.  Unfortunately we are still stuck with their internet/phone service because Verizon FIOS does not serve this area.

Since moving and getting Charter for internet and phone services, it has been constant calls. Everyday, several times a day. Wishing we had gone with another provider. Not worth the aggravation.

Comes up on caller ID as "Maa" but would make sense that it was Charter; got many calls before ID'd as them but they have stopped ever since "Maa" appeared. Changing names to deceive me into answering the phone? I think not. Never leave a message, though.

Two calls a day from this number for the last several days. The caller ID says Charter Cable. They never leave a message, and I have no desire to talk to them if they can't leave a message telling me what the call is about.

This number is not a part of Charter communications they have nothing to do with Charter.

Repeated empty messages on my voicemail from this number.  Other posts say it is Charter, who is my VOIP and cable Internet provider so I don't know why they would need to repeatedly call me as though trying to get business.

Multiple calls each day....no message, just background noise then they hang up.

Four voicemails last two days...No messages, just "Breathing".  I am a Charter customer too so this would make sense...Have phone and cable with them but am being inundated with advertising to get TV too.  I don't watch television but they don't seem to be able to comprehend.
Will try the "free" number blocker option I have with their phone service.  Will notify Charter too.  Maybe FTC?

   714-551-6841 is a third party company contacted by Charter communications, these people will absolutely harass you to death. These people are so rude, they will hang up on you in the middle of a conversation if they're able to sell you they're crap!
   I have complained to Charter so let's see where that will get me??? My mistake is leaving Directv, at least they never hounded me to add more stuff after I selected the package I wanted.

Called 8 times in the last two days.  Just a 2 second dead air message.

I telephoned charter communications , they said this number has nothing to do w/ their company

Have been calling me 2-3 times daily, no message. I already have Charter for everything so wonder what this is all about. Annoying as hell.

This company has called my house 9 times since 11-15-13.  Not sure who they are as they do not leave any message.  Just  hang ups.

I've gotten a call from 714-551-6841 average of about three times per day over the last 4 weeks.  I've never been there to take the call so no sure who it is; they leave a voice message for a few seconds -- it's mostly silence but you can faintly hear some talking in the background, and it's the same distinct message on each call so it's obviously a recording.  Very annoying to have to clear these out of voice mail.

I keep getting calls from 714-551-6841 on a daily basis it is very annoying. When you answer the phone no one talks and they hang up after you answer the call. I want this to stop.

This number calls my house everyday at least 3 times a day and just leaves hangups on my answering machine.  They never say what they are calling about or leave any kind of message.  I have charter internet and home phone, but I just got AT&T cells.  I have had this number calling me since I got my service with AT&T.  I am so annoyed, I am on the do not call list and I am dumbfounded as to why these people continue to call me.

I have this same number calling me daily. When I answer and immediately hang up they call back within seconds. I am getting extremely aggravated with these people.
