Everyday it seem two or thee time. Never leave a message !

This number calls all the time and never speaks..usually hangs up when we answer

Calls a couple of times a day.  I always let it go to voice mail.  They just hang up.  

I get a call every day, 2 rings hangs up, no message. I believe they are trying to get a call back to do a reverse toll charge?

Recently I've gotten calls from this number a few times a week, often 2-3 times on the same day. I answered once. Nobody said anything for a few seconds. I remained silent. When I heard a tentative "Hello?" without the man asking for me by name, I hung up, since it sounded like he had no idea who he was calling. Probably  some telemarketer using auto-dialing. I searched online and found that this number belongs to Peerless Network of California LLC, and it is a mobile phone in Westminster or Orange, California.

They call almost every day.  I refuse to answer.  I haven't been scammed yet and I'm not starting with AT T.
