This number has been rejected through a process on my smartphone.  So I do not hear it ring, but it does record the number as they tried to call.  They call me all the time and have for many months.  Due to verisions smartphone feature I do not know they called until I check my callerID.

This NEEDS TO STOP.  ROBO CALL OR NOT, INTRODUCE WHO YOU ARE AND WHY YOU ARE CALLING... YOU MUST BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO BE PLACED ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST (and yes all my phones are on the DO NOT LIST).

I think it is time for the government to revisit their do not call, spoofing, and how to have NO calls some through if they are selling something.  Also, it is costly to buy apps to place hundreds of these types of calls in a BLOCK service.
