Receive 2-3 calls daily from this number - Caller ID says Smart Energy.

Sleazy telemarketer, caller ID says "Smart Energy", they keep calling even though the number is on the Do Not Call list.  

The government needs to start putting some of these dirtbags in prison.

They call several time throughout the day, even on weekends. They never leave a message and most the time if I answer there is nobody there when I say hello and I just hang up! I don't think the "don not call" list works, I seem to get more junk calls now that we signed up!!!!!!!

They call multiple times every day.  Rarely does the caller respond.

For many months now I've been getting calls from this number two to three times a day. When I answer the phone I get no response and when I call the number back I get a busy signal. My caller ID says only Orange County CA.

I get Smart Energy calls 2 or 3 times a day. Along with lots of other telemarketers who don't care about do not call lists. So I went to Costco and for $99 bought a new Panasonic cordless phone that's blocks 250 numbers or area codes. And unlike their older phones, you don't have to hear the first ring before the phone hangs up on a saved number. So after blocking a telemarketer, I never know they even called. I check the days call log at night, and laugh at all the hang-ups on companies like Smart Energy.

Blocked this number and notice that for the last several weeks they have called at least 5 or 6 times each day in rapid succession! Glad to hear about the newer Panasonic where you don't even have to hear the first ring.

Just called.  Left no message.  Called back and ring many many times, then goes to busy signal.   Bogus!

That Panasonic phone I bought at Costco is model kx-tg465. It has 5 handsets. But you can find a similar 3 handset cordless Panasonic phone for less money at some big box and electronic stores. Just be sure it's a newer model with 250 number blocks and rings on the second ring, so you never hear that first ring like their older models. You can find the instruction manual on the Panasonic site to confirm these options. Once a number is blocked, you never know they called without checking the call log.

They are always calling.  Never leave a message and when I pick up I tell them to remove our phone number from their list but they still call.  Can't the phone companies set up a charge system for un-approved phone numbers to someones phone?  There should be a way.  Maybe then it would stop.

They have been calling AT LEAST once a day every day for approximately 60-90 days now. Sometimes they just hang up (probably a robot trying to find if the number is real) and other times it will be an actual person. I've told them I'm not interested, take me off your list, and that I will be reporting them per DNC list guidelines but for some reason these mouth-breathers still think I'm going to change my mind and sign up for whatever scam they are running. Scum of the earth.

I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks now and I didn't recognize it so I Google searched it to find out who this is. Had a feeling it was a telemarketer. They called four times yesterday and leave no message. I will be blocking it. Why does this not get reported so that they can get fined, I would like to know how to report it. Time to start my research on how to get that done. Extremely annoying.

Blocked another sleazeball. Called early on a SUNDAY MORNING! SEC solar.

No message left - caller ID says SCE. This could be connected with First Solar Inc. of Tempe Arizona.

This may be connected with Smart Energy Advocates at 714-333-1268 according to  Leo B. of Smart Energy Solar, Inc. Business Owner.
