This number 714-551-6901 echosystems keeps calling my phone everyday for the last three days with no one on the line

scam. Block this number.

call from "echosystems" 714-551-6939...automated "lower your interest rates" doesn't give option for opting out of future calls, just press 9 to speak to rep.  Have tried to speak to rep in the past to confirm I am on do not call list, and have been hung up on.
Do Not Call List is a joke and not enforced.

Stupid "card member services" imbeciles. The answer machine took the message. I would like to punch whoever is behind this crap in the face.

The call was about lowering credit card interest rate. I pushed 9 to inform them to do not call and told him I difnt have a credit card. HE screamed LIAR and hung up.

10:08 A.M. CT on February 21, 2014: Received a call from these creeps, yet they left no message on my machine.

Caller ID  "Echosystems". Cited good credit record and offered to lower my credit card rates.

This is yet another one of those lowering your credit card interest scams. However this one claimed to be John instead Rachel.

Needless to say illegal operations do not follow the DNC Registry.

I got this call. Have no idea who would call from California. Stop it. I am on the No Call List!

I got 3 calls from them. ...and called them back....no ringings...strange

Guess what folks? I have been getting at least one call a day(sometimes two or three) from Echosystems from a DIFFERENT number: 714-551-6901 and I am on the do not call list; BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE! I don't think it works! So much for government programs!Anyone ever see one that works? Same thing, I answer and no one there. Call it back and it won't even make the call. Maybe we should file a class action suit against this company for harassment!

Lower credit card debt. I am on DNCL.

Answered call. Nobody there.

I receive a call from this number CONSTANTLY.  The Caller ID says "ECHOSYSTEMS".  There is a recorded message about how to "lower your interest rate by pressing 9 now".  I press 9 and get a random person each time.  They say they are with Cardmember Service and want information about our accounts to help lower our interest rate.  It is always someone with an accent.  I ask to be removed from the list.  They tell me "there is no list" and that I cannot be removed because my credit card company told them to call.  I told them I would call my credit card company directly and they get defensive and cannot tell me which company recommended them to call.  They give a generic answer of "we service VISA, MasterCard, etc.".  Bunch of bullsh*t if you ask me.  I need to figure out how to stop them.

BEWARE of these slimy callers!!  Echosystems is just another one of the phoney names, and this is just one of the phoney numbers, used by these credit card scammers!

So far they have called continually for the last half hour, so far 16 times, make that 17 times now and still calling.
I am not answering and they are not stopping the dialing, what jerks!
I am on the No Call List but it never matters it seems with so many telemarketers.
18th call now, turned off my ringer...

Offered "Lower Rates" on the supposed credit card account I have with them. (I do? How fantastic! Always wanted this one credit card with lower APR.....)

The call type was definitely a scammer. NOT Unknown, NOT Telemarketer, NOT any of the choices given to me in the Call Type dropdown menu below.  
Plain and simple,   A SCAMMER,    
and the name being used is John,      
and the phone number being used is registered in Midway City/Westminster, CA.        
On  Newland St.            
Behind the 14588(aprox.) street address.

(If I didn't live about 1,200 miles away, I'd go there myself and complete what the responsible  authorities can't seem to accomplish.)

I'm watching my language here.

Recorded call offering lower interest rates.  They ignore the Do Not Call List.  Recording offers no option to remove.

Tried to tell me I won 100 dollar gift card and 50 dollar dining card for either an app I downloaded or a survey I took. I asked a lot of questions as I knew it was a scam and I hung up on them. I wanted to find out who these people are as they call all the time and this was the first time I have answered.
